Orders require a 50% deposit upon confirmation. Final payment is due before shipping. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Customization and Changes

Design changes can be made up to 48 hours after order confirmation. Changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We provide insured shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary by location and will be confirmed at time of order.

6. Returns and Warranties

Custom pieces are final sale. We provide a lifetime craftsmanship warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
